It was nice to get off to a strong start in Week 1, going 3-2 on locks with an 11-5 overall record ATS. Here are my five strongest plays for Week 2.
Buffalo -3 @ Miami - I do not really see the Bills starting 0-2, or the Dolphins starting 2-0. Teams often look different in the second week of the season. San Francisco -3.5 @ Philadelphia - The Niners are in a tricky spot playing in the Eastern Time Zone for a second straight week. As expected the NFC West already looks strong while the Eagles were the lone NFC East team to win last week.
Las Vegas +5.5 @ Pittsburgh - Now for some underdogs, here involving a team flying east coming off a short week. The Raiders may or may not win outright, but look for this one to go down to the wire.
Atlanta +12.5 @ Tampa Bay - The Falcons laid the biggest egg outside of Green Bay in Week 1, but feel they will be more competitive in Tampa. Look for the Bucs to play slightly down to their competition.
Detroit +10.5 @ Green Bay - This is my strongest play. The Aaron Rodgers soap opera will really be in high gear if the GBP manages to fall short. The Lions have been strong in their last two appearances at Lambeau Field on Monday Night Football. Look for Green Bay to escape with something along the lines of a 27-23 win.
