Seattle -7.5 @ Houston - Last week notwithstanding, the Seahawks have been no great shakes themselves and the Texans continue to be by far the worst team in the NFL and coming off being easily shut out by Indianapolis. Detroit +7.5 @ Denver - The Lions continue to scratch, claw, bite kneecaps off, cover spreads and last week finally got an actual win. This week they get seven and a hook against the QB challenged Broncos. San Francisco +1 @ Cincinnati - Ended up looking absolutely foolish locking the Niners last week, but will go right back to the well expecting a bounce back with Joe Burrow's finger less than 100 percent. Tampa Bay -3 v. Buffalo - The Bills actually had their chances in the Monday Night game v. the Patriots and now have the misfortune of facing the just as hot Buccaneers. That Bucs. v. Patriots Super Bowl becomes more of a probability each week. Green Bay -12.5 v. Chicago - Yes, that is a hefty spread and for good reason. The Bears season continues to circle the drain while Green Bay remains an impressive 9-2-1 against the number.
